Refund Policy
Once the KATCH Tennis League has begun there will be no refunds for any reason, including weather (there will be makeup dates added at the end of the season for bad weather if courts are available). Once the KATCH Tennis Tournament has begun there will be no refunds for any reason, including weather.
Participation Waiver
By registering for a KATCH event, you agree to the following waiver:
I do hereby release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless the Keller Independent School District, it’s employees, all tennis instructors involved, Keller Alliance Tennis Charter (KATCH) and it’s volunteers, activity officials, activity sponsors, any or all of them in event of accident, injury or death sustained by the participant(s) while participating in any activity, from any liability or any kind whatsoever. I also give permission for any photographs taken during these activities to be utilized for promotional uses by KATCH now and in the future. I do hereby give my approval for participation in any and all of the program’s activities.
